Pay-as-you-go support

Remote or telephone support
£50 per hour
Ideal for advice, guided troubleshooting and problems that can be resolved securely without a visit.
On-site support
£70 per hour
Practical help at your home or business for equipment, Wi-Fi, setup, maintenance and other hands-on work.
Workshop repair labour
£70 per hour
For repairs and technical work completed in the workshop. The workshop is not open to visitors; collection and return can be arranged.
How time and extra costs work
- The first hour is charged in full. Time after the first hour is charged in 30-minute increments.
- Emergency and weekend work has a standard £35 surcharge.
- Parts, hardware, software, licences, subscriptions and third-party services are charged separately where needed. We will explain these costs before ordering or committing you to them.
